Technical Support Consultant - Videoconferencing Arena

My industry-leading Unified Communications client focussed on the Video Conferencing sector is recruiting for a Post-Sales Technical Support engineer to be based from their London offices. The ideal candidate will possess experience in a Post Sales environment, have strong Video conferencing / VoIP product support experience and have provided support to customers, be that remotely or onsite. You will also ideally possess knowledge of appropriate protocols such as H323 and SIP.

You will be predominantly providing technical support to end clients and daily duties include dealing with customer issues, giving demonstrations to end users/potential clients, providing support regarding installations and running lab simulations.

Key skills include:

• Solid experience in a support / sales support
• Strong knowledge of Video conferencing / VoIP Comms product
• A Computer Science / Networks / Electronics science degree (preferable)
• Willingness to travel
• Exposure to gateways H323 / SIP technology
