Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute with discussUC.com or in any way relating to your use of this Site, resides in the state and federal courts of California, U.S.A. If you reside in a country other than the United States, then the parties agree that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby excluded in its entirety.
